Refunds

Unfortunately, due to all items being made to order customs, we do not offer refunds. If you made an error with your order please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase so we can get it fixed. Once fabric has been ordered, refunds are not an option.

Damages and issues

Once you have received your order please inspect it immediately  and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
With items being custom orders we do not offer exchanges.
